How long does it take to get started?

Trial is ready in under 60 seconds. No onboarding call required. You can have your first Brief ready right after entering a name.
What happens after the 7 days?

If you choose not to keep access, the subscription is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged. You can always start a new trial — contact us if you have questions.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes — you can switch billing period in Settings. When switching to annual, the reduced price activates from the next billing period.
Where is data hosted?
+
Frankfurt, Germany. Application data hosted in the EU. Certain features (AI, auth, payments, email) use US-based sub-processors under SCC. Full list: /legal/sub-processors. GDPR compliant from day 1, DPA available on Team tier and above.
Can you integrate with our CRM?

CRM integration is on our roadmap for H2 2026. For now, data can be exported manually or via webhook. Contact us if you have specific needs — we prioritise based on demand.
Do you train your models on our data?

Default: no. Your Memory and meetings are not used for model training unless you explicitly choose to share them. It's opt-in — not opt-out. If you haven't enabled sharing, your data doesn't leave your team.
What if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time in settings with one click. No lock-in. We don't offer refunds, but you can always reach us at hello@mirrorsub.com if something isn't working.
